How long do I meditate for?

  • Is there any special equipment or platforms required?

    You’ll need an Internet connection to access the course. A set of headphones and a device like an mp3 player, tablet or mobile phone, to listen to your meditations on. To access the private members area you will also need a Facebook account, which is free if you don’t have one already.

  • I'm not very tech savvy, Is it hard to download the materials?

    The course is very easy to navigate. And there is tech support available throughout the month via email or through the Private Members area.
