Do I need to show up at any particular time for the classes?
This course is self-paced. Fresh lessons, workbooks and meditation tracks will appear each week. And you have access to all the learning materials 24/7. The coaching calls can be listened to live, or downloaded and listened to anytime at your convenience.

How much time do I need to devote a day to get results?
Plan on an average of 30 to 45 minutes per day max, which includes lessons, homework and meditating!

What level of experience do I need to take this course?
I’ve designed this course for all levels. If you are completely new to meditation, there are short meditation tracks to help you build up gradually. If you're already a meditator, there are longer tracks there for you. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the brain states of meditation before the end of the first module, which is important no matter what level you're at. And from the time the course begins until it ends I'll be with you in the private members group. You’ll get all the support you need through the private members group and the coaching calls.

Is there any special equipment or platforms required?
You’ll need an Internet connection to access the course. A set of headphones and a device like an mp3 player, tablet or mobile phone, to listen to your meditations on. To access the private members area you will also need a Facebook account, which is free if you don’t have one already.

I'm not very tech savvy, Is it hard to download the materials?
The course is very easy to navigate. And there is tech support available throughout the month via email or through the Private Members area.
